Information You Provide: Full name, date of birth, government-issued ID details, Social Security Number (as required for KYC), address, phone number, email address, financial profile data (income, net worth, investment experience), bank account information via Plaid or similar services, and any other information you submit through the Platform.
Information Collected Automatically: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, page views, clickstream data, session duration, and referring URLs.
Financial Account Data: With your authorization, we may access transaction data, account balances, and institution information via third-party data aggregators (e.g., Plaid Technologies, Inc.) for account connectivity purposes.
Communications: Records of your communications with WealthGrid support, including emails, chat logs, and phone call records.
We use your information to: (a) provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its services; (b) verify your identity and comply with KYC and AML obligations under applicable law; (c) process transactions and manage your account; (d) communicate with you about your account, updates, and promotional materials where consented; (e) detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; (f) comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (g) analyze usage patterns to improve our services; and (h) provide customer support.
As a financial services company, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We collect and use nonpublic personal information about you to provide financial services. We do not sell your nonpublic personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform (cloud hosting, payment processors, identity verification, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
Financial Partners: Brokers, banks, and financial institutions necessary to facilitate your trading account or payment processing, with your consent.

WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR TRADE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR THEIR MARKETING PURPOSES.

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of seven (7) years following account closure, as required by financial recordkeeping regulations. We may retain certain information longer if required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
